There are four ways to get assistance from the app’s Help menu:
- Quick Start: Abbreviated instructions (4 pages)
- User Guide: Comprehensive instructions in full-color magazine format
- Technical support website: Online website that has a Knowledge base of “how-to” instructions (including short, animated demonstrations) and a technical support ticketing system
- Welcome tour: A simple product feature overview slide show

Learning how to use the app
The Quick Start is all you need to get started using Spresso iVersionIt. To view the Quick Start, select Help > Quick Start. For more detailed instruction, the User Guide reference can always be consulted. To view the User Guide, select Help > User Guide. Both of these documents are installed with the app and do not require Internet access to be viewed.
Both of these documents are represented as a PDF file which requires a preview app to be installed (if it isn’t already).

Viewing the support knowledge base and feature tour slide show
If you have questions about how the app works, view the online knowledge base. If that still doesn’t answer your questions, you can submit a support ticket. LSM takes support seriously and it is our goal to respond within a business day. In addition, the app has a built-in welcome tour that shows the highlights as a slide show.
