After you install the app onto your system, you may want to make it accessible with a shortcut.

Running Spresso iVersionIt on Windows

Once Spresso iVersionIt has been installed onto your system, do the following to run the app:

  1. Select Start on the Windows taskbar:


  2. Search for the app by typing: Spresso iVersionIt. When the app is recognized by Windows, don’t keep typing—just press enter.
  3. When Spresso iVersionIt starts, you may see a message box that the feature level code is not valid. Press OK and Spresso iVersionIt will assume the Decaf edition’s feature set.
  4. A splash window (a white coffee cup on a greenish background) is temporarily shown as the app’s main window is displayed. Spresso iVersionIt is now be running.


To place the Spresso iVersionIt app shortcut on the Windows taskbar, do the following:

  1. Right-click the Spresso iVersionIt app icon (the Spresso coffee cup) on the taskbar:
  2. Select Pin to taskbar.



Note: To quit Spresso iVersionIt, click the Close button (or File > Exit on the Windows title bar menu):

Running Spresso iVersionIt on macOS

On macOS, run the Spresso iVersionIt app:

  1. Select the Applications icon on the dock.
  2. Search for the app by scrolling to Spresso iVersionIt. Click on the Spresso iVersionIt app icon.
  3. When Spresso iVersionIt starts, you may see a message box that the feature level code is not valid. Press OK and Spresso iVersionIt will assume the Decaf edition’s feature set.
  4. A colorful splash window is temporarily shown as the app’s main window is displayed. Spresso iVersionIt is now running.


To place the Spresso iVersionIt app shortcut on the macOS dock:

  1. Right-click the Spresso iVersionIt app icon on the dock:


  2. Select Options > Keep in Dock.



Note: To quit Spresso iVersionIt, click the Close button (or File > Exit on the Windows title bar menu):
